INTENSITAS KOMUNIKASI LURAH TERHADAP KEAMANAN DAN KETERTIBAN DI KELURAHAN KILONGAN KECAMATAN LUWUK UTARA KABUPATEN BANGGAI

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the leader’s communication intensity is towards the welfare of the people of Kilongan Village, North Luwuk District, Banggai Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires, the population of this research is the societies of Kilongan District, they are 2958 souls, considering the large population of the Kilongan subdistrict community, the authors used the slovin formula in this study so that the number of samples was 30 respondents, the weighting technique used was the likert scale while the data analysis technique was based on descriptive statistics by describing the data obtained for collected and arranged in the form of tabulations based on the classification which will then be presented. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that the leader’s communication intensity towards security and order in Kilongan village, Luwuk Utara subdistrict, Banggai Regency, with good results, the percentage of respondents’ answers are 85 %.
